Help share the love of reading with deserving children and their families. There are several ways that you can get involved with the Half Pint Library project benefiting children's hospitals around the country.
Donate Books Look through your shelves, closets and storage. Do some spring cleaning and find books that your children may have outgrown or no longer read. Donate any new or gently used books to your neighborhood Half Price Books store during our annual drive January through March. Volunteer Your Time Smiles. Laughter. Reading. Volunteering your time can help the healing process for hospitalized children. Contact your local children's hospital or HPB literacy partner to find out how you can help enrich the lives of children in your area. Support the Cause Thanks to help from our customers and employees, we have provided nearly two million books for children who are in hospitals, community centers and special needs clinics across the nation. We hope to have continued success each year. Your donation of new and gently used children's books will help share the joy of reading with even more children.
